• The Floor Manager is an integral part of our store's leadership team, contributing to the overall success of the store by ensuring exceptional customer service, coaching and developing the team, and ensuring that daily business operations are expertly executed and maintained.
• This role ensures a strong presence on the sales floor, possesses remarkable people skills, and embodies Mejuri's values.
• The Floor Manager is responsible for supporting all operational workflows and adhering to our standard operating procedures, including but not limited to, opening and closing the store, merchandise management, sales floor management, staff management, and ensuring all business requirements are met daily.
