Job Summary

Conduct SWOT analysis of the market and develop regional business plans based on key business objectives, coaching and supporting medical representatives in plan implementation.
Develop capabilities according to the RAM capability model to improve efficiency, actively disseminate and develop AstraZeneca culture and leadership behaviors, and be a role model for other employees.
