This role will involve reviewing, assessing and advising housing providers on financial viability, meeting regulatory expectations / outcomes, and good governance.
Within a mission-driven social purpose sector, this role provides an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take a senior role, continue to develop the service offer and use their analytical and communication skills within our market leading Affordable Housing Consultancy.
The role is based in our Governance, Risk and Regulation team which delivers consultancy to the affordable housing sector on governance, board effectiveness, regulatory assessment and engagement, recovery support and improvement planning following regulatory downgrade, consumer standards, risk assessment, merger and partnerships, affordable housing investment, new registrations and strategic growth.
