Job Summary

  • Toast is looking for a hands-on Staff Software Engineer to join the AI & Strategy Engineering team, focused on building 0-to-1 tools to revolutionize sales operations.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for backend engineering and Machine Learning implementation, bridging custom quoting software and Salesforce with intelligent workflows.
  • You will architect and code high-performance backend services and ML pipelines, build new internal products leveraging LLMs and Agentic AI, and design core intelligence models.
