Key Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial reporting, budget and forecasting
  • Achievement or studying towards professional qualifications (CA / CPA) will be highly regarded
  • Prior Commercial and/or Retail Property accounting experience will be an added advantage
  • Experience using MRI or other asset management software will be preferred, but not essential
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High level time management and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
