Job Summary

  • As the Supplier Performance Manager within the Vendor Management Office (VMO), you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and accountability across Global IT’s strategic supplier base.
  • Success in this position will be achieved through the implementation and ongoing maintenance of supplier scorecards, coordination of recurring supplier events (monthly stewardship, QBRs, annual summits), and the generation of sustainable value from programmatic governance and partnership activities.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or advanced degree with 3+ years of experience
  • 8+ years in IT operations, procurement, vendor management, or business development
  • 6+ years working with large, strategic IT suppliers
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to influence internally and externally
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills
