Join Roche's EMEA Customer Support Center Hub in Mannheim to support customers across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Greece, and Turkey.
As a Junior Specialist, you will serve as the technical interface for customers, resolving complex inquiries using remote services and laboratory simulations.
The role requires documenting solutions in a CRM system and collaborating closely with 2nd-level support and field service teams in an intercultural environment.
