Job Summary

  • The Associate HR Shared Services Analyst will be responsible for delivering key HR processes, including employee data management, onboarding, terminations, and other HR administrative tasks in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and local regulatory requirements.
  • You’ll get to process a wide array of HR needs including employee inquiries and HR functional processes, create and maintain accurate employee data in the HR system, and support the onboarding and offboarding processes.

Key Requirements

  • Fluent English and one of the following languages required: Polish, German, French, Italian, Czech, Spanish or Dutch
  • Demonstrable HR experience within a HR Shared Services model or multi-function HR expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related field is preferred but not essential
