ICUC, a leader in social media solutions for over 20 years, is seeking a Client Success Manager for the Health & Pharma sector, who will be responsible for delivering account management and client success strategies. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in social media management and a strong understanding of client needs within a remote environment.

Job Summary
Your mission is to retain and grow their business by identifying and implementing the ICUC products and services that will help them recognize value and meet their goals.
The role requires you to be a confident self-starter with strong project management and budgeting skills.
