Salary
Base: $172,500 - $260,100 annually (select cities: $207,800 - $285,800 annually); Bonus/Equity: company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity as applicable; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), employee stock purchasing program

Key Requirements
8+ years of experience as a Product/UX Designer
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, UX Design, or equivalent experience
Experience leading projects end-to-end
Experience designing consumer-grade interfaces in enterprise or platform contexts
Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma, AI-driven environments)
