Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
Proven experience 8+ in operations and lean/continuous improvement projects
Experienced in project management
Ability and experience to train managers, technicians and operators
Extensive experience in operation and manufacturing areas
Good knowledge and experience of AOS / lean manufacturing
