Job Summary

  • Oversee manufacturing operations for an entire value stream within a plant, responsible for the operational plan, performance, and improvement of key metrics including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture.
  • Lead and coach salaried and hourly team members to achieve high performance, ensuring adherence to standardized work, Lean manufacturing practices, and the Appliance Production System philosophy.
  • Promote a strong safety-minded culture and ensure defect-free products are produced according to specifications, while driving problem-solving and root cause identification for the entire value stream.
