Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for enabling large, cohort-based AI Academy programs through operational excellence, foundational content curation, and execution readiness.
  • This Specialist partners closely with the TLD Senior Manager and local office teams to deliver seamless learner experiences from enrollment through post-program reporting.
  • The role owns repeatable operational processes including registration and enrollment, materials management and version control, LMS administration, virtual event production, vendor and faculty coordination, and post-event reporting.
