Job Summary
This position supports the Joslin Diabetes Center by providing nutritional assessment, education, and management to patients with chronic conditions.
In collaboration with the physician and interdisciplinary team, the Certified Diabetes Educator develops and implements an individualized care plan designed to promote the patient’s understanding and management of their condition.
