Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for creating, communicating, and defining strategies and tactics based upon market input while taking initiative to highlight opportunities and activate them within the portfolio.
  • Drive the development and implementation the Depuy Synthes marketing strategies based on market dynamics and voice of customer to achieve brand, market share, sales & contribution goals.
  • Develop NPI launch excellence plans that meet business goals including customer awareness, interest, evaluation and conversion; ensure strong collaboration with internal stakeholders across all stages of pre-launch, launch and post-launch to ensure excellence in execution.
