Key Requirements

  • Associate's degree in welder discipline or related field, or equivalent military training
  • High school diploma/GED and 4 years experience as a welder
  • Qualified to ANSI N18.1-1971 requirements
  • Experience with SMAW and GTAW
  • Pass Power Plant Maintenance Positions Selection System (MASS) test
