Job Summary
The staff nurse plays a critical role in staff engagement, the patient experience, quality and safety, and cost effective care.
As a float, you'll receive your assignment by noon the day before and work either Pre-Op or PACU at one of these locations.
Responsibilities include preparing patients for surgery (assessment, history review, vitals, IV start) and recovering patients post-surgery (pain management, ambulation, education, discharge instructions, and ensuring patient stability).
