Job Summary

  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing technical team of Senior Networking (ETH/IB) Solutions Architects and technical specialists, overseeing the full people management lifecycle.
  • Provide overall technical control for all InfiniBand, HPC, and AI cluster delivery projects across the APAC region, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customers (including Chinese customers) and partners across APAC, leveraging your understanding of the APAC business model and bilingual communication skills.
