Job Summary

• You will be in charge of combating fraud related to parcels refunds and abusive returns on our site based in Santa Oliva (Spain, region of Tarragona).
• Your main responsibilities will include ensuring the control of non-conformities on returned parcels based on a risk-based approach with physical checks and playing a role in researching information on cases of fraudulent returns.
• Communicate by email with members regarding non-compliant returns, following the legal procedure established with the legal department.
