The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the daily activities of nursing assistants in accordance with all current regulations.
Responsibilities include administering medications, maintaining detailed charting and documentation, developing care plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
The role requires active participation in staff development, in-service training, and facility surveys to maintain the highest degree of quality care for all residents.

Key Requirements
Current unencumbered LPN/LVN license
