  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the daily activities of nursing assistants in accordance with all current regulations.
  • Responsibilities include administering medications, maintaining detailed charting and documentation, developing care plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
  • The role requires active participation in staff development, in-service training, and facility surveys to maintain the highest degree of quality care for all residents.

Key Requirements

  • Current unencumbered LPN/LVN license
  • Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or Nursing Degree
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Knowledge of PCC software preferred
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds minimum
