The Principal Relationship Manager serves as the strategic liaison between OR clinical teams, IT, and vendor partners to elevate communication, accelerate issue resolution, and enhance the daily experience of OR clinicians.
Key responsibilities include acting as the primary advocate for OR clinical staff, managing escalations, coordinating field services, and supervising Senior Relationship Managers.
VUMC IT provides hardware, software, and service solutions for the entire Medical Center, supporting over 40,000 workstations with a focus on enhancing security and protection of information.
