You will lead the Advanced Compensation domain, as well as, support the Talent Management & Performance functional areas, making decisions about system issues relating to business processes and system configuration.
Responsibilities include designing and maintaining Advanced Compensation structures, configuring and supporting Talent Management and Performance modules, and acting as a subject matter expert for Workday in compensation and talent domains.

Base: $112,000.00 - $168,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP); Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, etc.
