Key Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) certification within 90 days
Occupational Therapist - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) license
