• The Associate General Counsel will lead the negotiation, drafting and review of various contracts, templates, and agreements with our vendors and business partners.
• Support transactional activities related to property divestitures and acquisitions by ensuring contracts are appropriately reviewed, assigned, amended, or terminated as needed.

Base: $170,000 - $230,000; Bonus/Equity: 30% Annual Bonus; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) matching, PTO

• Minimum of 7 years of commercial and contracting law experience
