Job Summary

  • Serves as a Senior application specialist in Mining Technology industry, leveraging mining technology application knowledge to improve mining operations, process, change management, increase customer loyalty, and improve sales force effectiveness.
  • This position supports new implementations for MineStar Fleet and supplies recommendations back through the Product Development group to influence future product development, market requirements, trends, and key areas for product improvement.
  • Provide continuous, on‑the‑job coaching to ensure correct system usage and optimal operational performance, delivering focused technical coaching to build autonomy, confidence, and operational maturity.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree: Mining Engineering or similar
  • Masters degree related to mining operations/technology
  • Experience in the Mining Industry or Machine Technology
  • Previous mine site experience
  • English Advanced
  • Knowledge in data analytics
  • Experience in database reporting (ex. SQL, SAP BO, Power BI)
  • Working background in Mine Operation Dispatcher, Mining Planning, or FMS
  • Knowledge of mining technology products and product applications, including FMS
  • English Advanced +4 years' experience in mining technology environments
