Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8-15 years progressive telecom experience
Deep expertise in Telecom BSS domains
Direct client-facing onsite experience required
Lead delivery of management consulting projects
Knowledge of Cloud BSS and Digital Transformation
Nice-to-have
Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe
Certification in PSM, CSM, or SAFe
Strong stakeholder management skills
Background in value architecting and business cases
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Salesforce tools
Key Requirements
MBA from Tier 1/2 school or Engineering degree
eTOM certification highly desirable
Minimum 8 years of industry experience
Proven track record in strategy and consulting roles
Must have direct onsite client experience in India or abroad
