Job Summary
The Proposal Price Analyst is responsible for translating technical scope, material inputs, and labor assumptions into accurate, defensible, and compliant proposal pricing.
This role partners closely with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Contracts, and Compliance to support proposal reviews, fact-finding, and negotiations.

Proposal cost volume ownership
Basis of Estimate development and documentation
Cross-functional collaboration
Compliance with government contracting requirements

Experience with ECM/EMS environments
Proposal pricing review and negotiation support
Estimate-to-actual analysis programs
Continuous improvement of estimating methods
Clear written and verbal communication
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business or related discipline
Experience developing cost estimates and pricing models for manufactured products or technical services
Experience supporting Government or DoD proposals
Strong proficiency in Excel
Ability to document and communicate cost assumptions clearly
