Key Requirements

  • IWFM / BIFM qualification or similar
  • IOSH Qualification
  • Proficient in IT systems relevant to property management
  • Previous experience in the property industry or similar
  • Thorough understanding of Health & Safety and Compliance requirements
  • Solid knowledge of safety, quality, and cost risks
