Job Summary

  • In the Med/Surg Float Pool, you will work with diverse populations of patients, who have a variety of medical issues or are preparing for/recovering from surgery, in numerous units, departments and/or locations.
  • A caregiver who excels in this role will deliver cost effective, quality patient care utilizing case management principles, the nursing process, and knowledge from various health care disciplines.
