You will partner closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to strengthen core systems, improve processes, and ensure a reliable, intuitive experience for employees and leaders.

Key Requirements

5+ years of application management experience
Strong HR systems exposure
3+ years coordinating outsourced application support providers
Experience with governance, business process improvement, system design, documentation, and testing
