The National Sales Director is responsible for implementing Diageo France's commercial strategy across the entire HORECA channel, ensuring sales force performance, execution excellence, and profitability of field operations.
Key missions include defining and deploying national sales strategy, managing regional teams (regional directors, sales representatives, RAMs, promoters), and ensuring brand execution excellence in all points of sale.
The role requires close collaboration with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Finance, RGM, Supply, and CR departments to ensure commercial plan coherence and contribute to strategic thinking on commercial model transformation.
