Job Summary
The Operations Supervisor will supervise all activities within the venue operations department while maintaining a specific focus on the guest experience and day-to-day operations.
This position is responsible for staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event and warehouse staff while directly managing event day interactions with customers.
The role requires developing and enforcing standards for service, sanitation, product quality, and ensuring all cash handling procedures are documented and enforced.
