Job Summary
Ensure full compliance with terminal, charterer, customer, and regulatory safety requirements including ISM, ISPS, MLC, and OCIMF SIRE vetting.
Oversee safe marine operations by maintaining vessel readiness, equipment, machinery, and onboard publications in accordance with the Safety Management System.
Manage crew competency through training and evaluation while investigating incidents and implementing necessary corrective actions.
