Ensures efficient delivery of healthcare services, accurate medical record completion, and patient preparation for examination, including obtaining vital signs and documenting patient information.
Assists with testing and treatment procedures under physician supervision, performs laboratory tests, and ensures patient understanding of physician instructions upon discharge.
