The Heights Post Acute is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine nursing care to residents. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a 10th-grade education and be a licensed CNA, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills while ensuring a compassionate environment for residents

Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bathing, hair combing, and dressing/undressing.
  • Observe and report the presence of pressure areas and skin breakdowns to prevent decubitus ulcers.
