  • The Global Process Owner (GPO) for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) is a critical leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end process excellence and transformation within the Global Business Services (GBS) environment.
  • Lead the redesign, standardization, and harmonization of processes to achieve a single global process template, encompassing Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Travel & Expense (T&E) management.
  • Establish and lead the Expenditure Management Process Governance structure across all regions and functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in Procurement, AP, Supply Chain, or GBS process ownership
  • Proven track record of leading system implementation and process optimization
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
  • Experience with major ERP and integrated platforms (SAP, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, Concur) highly preferred
  • Experience with project management or process improvement methodologies desirable
