Job Summary

  • Lead and execute growth strategies across the hypersonics portfolio, identifying, shaping, and capturing new business opportunities aligned to customer mission needs.
  • Establish and maintain senior-level customer relationships across key DoD, IC, and DOE organizations, serving as Capture Lead or Senior Capture Advisor for priority pursuits.
  • Own and manage the hypersonics growth division’s budget, staffing, and pipeline, partnering with technical and program leadership to align internal capabilities to emerging requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Aerospace, or related technical discipline
  • 15+ years supporting DoD, DOE, or national security programs
  • 8+ years in growth, capture management, or business development
  • Demonstrated understanding of hypersonics-related technologies
  • Proven experience leading capture efforts and contributing to successful contract awards
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • US Citizen with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
