Job Summary

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of placement and policy servicing tasks.
  • Develop and implement new procedures to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy and process, and promote technology adoption.
  • Provide coaching and training to the teams to ensure the achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and overall business objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Good project management, organizational, planning, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint
  • Solid understanding of insurance processes and regulatory highly preferred
  • Less experience considered for Assistant Manager roles
