Job Summary

  • You will be part of the team based at Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve (SBWR), with responsibilities including conservation management and daily operations, fieldwork, procurement, data management and liaising with contractors, and specialists in the field.
  • Areas of study in Environmental Management, Life Science, Environmental Engineering, Geography, or related discipline in applied sciences for conservation Experience in water quality monitoring, benthic biodiversity, and wetlands/mudflats habitats preferred.
  • Enjoy working in an outdoor environment and with diverse stakeholders including contractors, vendors, experts, volunteers, and the public Willing to work on weekends, after office hours, and respond to emergency cases.

Key Requirements

  • Environmental Management, Life Science, Environmental Engineering, Geography, or related discipline
  • Experience in water quality monitoring, benthic biodiversity, and wetlands/mudflats habitats
  • Proficient in IT including Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in data analytics tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, and GIS software
  • Class 3 driving licence preferred
