Key Requirements

  • 15+ years prior relevant experience
  • 5+ years government sales in defence industry
  • Proven track record of winning contracts >£25 million
  • Meeting annual divisional Submits and Awards targets (£100m-£300M)
  • Substantial experience in commercial/MOD supply chain design
  • Ability to identify digital modernization opportunities
  • Customer-level understanding of LCST programme and MOD digital transformation
  • Capability to manage multi-million New Business Funds budget
  • Must meet UK security clearance (SC) residency criteria
