  • As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a key player supporting customers on their Workday Adaptive Planning journey, acting as an advisor and facilitator to help them achieve maximum value.
  • You will be responsible for working with a number of customers, supporting them through regular checkpoints to drive value, adoption, and retention, while identifying new growth opportunities.
  • The role requires a combination of customer management experience and pricing expertise, with a strong emphasis on personal accountability for results and a willingness to go the extra mile for each customer.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $95,000 USD - $142,600 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $90,300 USD - $160,400 USD; Bonus/Equity: Role may be eligible for Bonus Plan or commission/bonus, and annual refresh stock grants
