The Front Desk Clerk accommodates hotel guests by registering and assigning rooms, issuing room keys, transmitting and receiving messages, and managing guest accounts.
The position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle inquiries related to hotel services, shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The employee must be able to work in a high traffic area near Ft. Campbell and be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
