This position is responsible for managing and operating all aspects of the Security Control Center at The Ohio State University Medical Center.
The incumbent must act as a courteous liaison between the Department of Security, hospital staff, patients, visitors, and external law enforcement entities.
Employees are expected to competently operate telecommunication, radio access control, and CCTV equipment while maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
