Job Summary
The Finance Manager position will have a broad range of accountabilities including but not limited to external audit management, leading on the annual report, production and oversight of statutory reporting and consolidation, monitoring of financial and regulatory compliance, investment and audit committee support, being the LTA tax lead, liaising with external advisors and consultants, and providing ad hoc project support whilst being responsible for Compliance & Reporting.
The Finance Manager will also play a key role in pro-actively identifying opportunities for, and driving the continuous development of, the Finance function through various projects and initiatives.
You will be a storyteller able to simplify the complex when communicating to senior audiences including members of the LTA Board, the LTA Audit Committee, and the trustees of the LTA Tennis Foundation.
