Troubleshoot company products and provide technical support to internal and external customers.
Undertake the servicing, repairing and preventive maintenance of company products to the required standards ensuring all related procedures are followed.
Fulfill Service Contracts with planned Preventive Maintenance visits and ensure timely follow-up on all tickets / work orders.
