Job Summary

  • Receive and validate vendor invoices, ensuring format, tax details, and legal compliance, and verify accuracy against purchase orders and contracts.
  • Perform periodic reconciliation of the GRIR account, identify open items, analyze aging, and investigate discrepancies between PO, GR, and Vendor Invoice.
  • Record intercompany invoices and transactions accurately, reconcile intercompany balances, and ensure compliance with intercompany agreements and transfer pricing policies.
