Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years progressive Human Resources experience
  • Experience in luxury hospitality environment
  • Formal education in Human Resources or related discipline
  • CPHR designation is an asset
  • Working knowledge of Canadian payroll policies and government programs
  • Proven experience with Canadian immigration programs
  • Experience supporting high-volume seasonal recruitment
  • Alignment with Four Seasons culture and values
