Job Summary
The Materials Management Coordinator, Shared Services is responsible for the maintenance of Global Supply Chain data management systems, document processing, issue resolution and providing support to the department.
Key responsibilities include ensuring productivity is reported, assisting in uploading price lists, maintaining and reviewing systems accurately, and coordinating with Business Units and suppliers to resolve data issues.
The role requires at least three years of experience in Supply Chain management, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and knowledge in hotel operations and casino business.

Key Requirements
At least three years of progressively responsible work experience
Diversified background with significant exposure to Supply Chain management
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Supply Chain-related
Experience forecasting in a consumer products environment utilizing Birchstreet System
