Experience managing and coordinating subcontractors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel for budget and cost control
Experience using Procore for daily reports, time sheets, and quality inspections
Experience interpreting drawings and survey layouts
Experience conducting daily field inspections and adjusting schedules
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction teams
