** Crowe UK is seeking a Senior Manager for their Y-Hire® Finance and Accounting team to lead high-quality Client Accounting Services (CAS). The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in accounting and client advisory, along with strong leadership and technical skills. **

Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality Client Accounting Services (CAS), overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, and elevating the team’s technical accounting capabilities.
  • You will serve as both an operational leader and technical advisor—ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting while strengthening accounting practices, developing talent, and driving client value.
  • This is a hybrid position with 2–3 days in the office each week.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in CAS, outsourced accounting, or public accounting
  • CPA required (or equivalent credential)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Ability to balance hands-on execution with leadership and advisory responsibilities
  • Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, and related tools
